these are just a couple of my favorite shots from Matt's wedding in Omaha. there are a few more on my other blog, pictures of detail stuff, like flowers and the favors. i didn't want to post too many of the real pictures, since it's someone else's wedding and maybe they want to be the ones to post them.
it was a really nice wedding though, besides the fact that they stole our wedding colors, among other things. totally joking. i would not want someone to say that about our wedding because our's was a complete original, right down to the rain drops, and so was their's.
it was pretty sweet of them to think of me to take pictures of the girls beforehand. it was great opportunity and practice for me, and i think some of them actually turned out really beautiful and i'm so glad i was able to capture those memories for them. i haven't sent them the disc yet but i hope they like them! and hopefully that's wedding gift enough....
it was so interesting to see matt interact with a girl as his fiance/wife. it really seemed that his otherwise quirky personality traits were really part of him so that he might use those gifts to honor and uplift her, which was neat to realize. it was just fun to see him all grown up!
